welcome you to Bentleys at the Angel Hotel. Our new head
chef, the very aptly named Richard Cook, is already bringing
his own personal style to the menu.
Formerly head chef at Jeremy’s Restaurant in Borde Hill, near Horsham,
Richard brings a wealth of quality, flair and passion to the Angel kitchen. Richard
is working very closely with the suppliers on our doorstep to bring you some
well sourced, fresh, seasonal ingredients imaginatively cooked and simply presented
and best of all at an affordable price.
Look out for our seasonal special menu of the day as well as our fixed price
lunch menu.
In addition to our daily specials we offer a regular menu of delicious locally
sourced dishes as well as our now famous Argentinean steaks, they are truly
incomparable and the ‘Bentley of beef’.
Please note that our restaurant is not open on Sunday evening and all day
Monday. However for guests staying in the hotel there are plenty of places
to eat within walking distance.
